　　1. First, remove the sludge on the surface of the broken screw and the middle of the section with the middle gun. Then, install a 6-8mm diameter drill bit with the electric drill and drill the middle gun hole of the section. After the hole is drilled, remove the small drill bit and replace it with a 16 mm diameter drill bit. Continue to enlarge and drill through the hole of the broken bolt.

　　2. Take the welding rod with a diameter below 3.2mm, use small and medium current in the drilling hole of the broken bolt, surfacing from inside to outside, and take half of the whole length of the broken bolt at the beginning of surfacing. When surfacing welding, the arc should not be too long, so as not to burn through the outer wall of the broken bolt. After surfacing to the upper end face of the broken bolt, continue surfacing to produce a cylinder with a diameter of 14-16 mm and a height of 8-10 mm.

　　3. After surfacing, hammer its end face with a hand hammer to make the broken bolt vibrate along its axial direction. The heat generated by the previous arc and the subsequent cooling, combined with the vibration at this time, will loosen the thread between the broken bolt and the body.

　　4. Carefully observe, when trace rust is found to leak out from the fracture after knocking, that is, the nut sleeve of M18 is recommended, and the two are welded together on the surfacing stigma.

　　5. After welding, use the box wrench set while it is cool and hot to twist the nut back and forth, or use a small hammer to knock the nut end face while twisting back and forth, so that the broken bolt can be removed.

　　6. After taking out the broken bolt, process the wire buckle in the frame with a suitable wire hammer to remove the rust and other debris in the hole.
